General Guidelines

1. Free Consultation:
○ We offer a complimentary one-hour consultation for all services to understand your needs and discuss potential solutions.
2. Rush Fees:
○ A rush fee of $100 will apply for expedited services or tight deadlines.
3. Travel Expenses:
○ Travel expenses will be billed based on distance and location. Any travel costs will be communicated upfront if applicable.
4. Additional Services:
○ Any additional services or requests not included in the base package (e.g., studio hours, equipment rental) will be quoted separately.
5. Cancellation Policy:
○ Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the base minimum price.

Payment Terms:

1. Deposit Requirement:
○ A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking for all services.
2. Final Payment:
○ The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and must be settled before the final deliverables are provided.

Website Design Guidelines:

1. Consultation Fee:
○ The consultation fee will be applied towards the final design or redesign cost if the project is confirmed.
2. Design Revisions:
○ Base packages include up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will be billed at $75 per hour.
3. Rush Fees for Design Projects:
○ A rush fee of $200 will apply for expedited delivery or tight deadlines.
4. Content Creation:
○ Content creation (copywriting, images, etc.) is not included in the base packages and will be quoted separately.
5. Hosting and Domain:
○ Hosting and domain registration are not included in the design packages and must be arranged separately.
